The Bleeding Has Stopped

When we last left off, your mortal author was observing several pieces of his life unraveling quickly. However, things are starting to look up a little bit. First, the computer has started behaving itself again. So I can put off the purchase of a new laptop for a while at least. Second, the microwave has also gone back to normal (although I'm still not ready to leave it plugged in while I am not here).

But, I am still single (no surprise there), with no prospects in sight.

On a happier note, those of you who signed the guest book at the church should be getting some sort of card/note in the next few days. According to my preacher, six of you signed the book, which leads me to wonder who the three who didn't sign are, not that it matters all that much.

And to the couples out there, happy Valentine's Day. To the rest of us, happy Singles' Appreciation Day.
