2010: And So It Begins

As promised, the look ahead for 2010:

1. This will probably be the year of the preliminary exam. I will be using the reading course and research assistantship the spring (and possibly this summer, as well), to prepare for it. I think my advisor may want me to get it finished this fall or early 2011.
2. Depending how hard I work this spring and summer, I could have a master's degree sometime this year.
   
3. I believe there is a wedding in my group of friends sometime this year. I wish them luck, as my observations lead me to believe that planning and preparing weddings has a difficulty level just lower than that of the millennial problems.

Apparently, I don't have a whole lot of different things on my plate this year (yet). But, items one and two should keep me busy for the most part.

And if anyone wants to stop by in the next three weeks or so, please do. Let's just say 2010 has gotten off to a boring start thus far. I may be nearing my Law and Order limit.
