Phase 2 (For A Few Things)

Well, it happened. My preacher has asked me to lead worship on August 30th. Since that is a couple of weeks after qualifying exams and the day before the fall semester begins, I took her up on her request for me to give another sermon. So instead of doing nothing between quals and the semester, I will be writing a sermon (doing nothing is overrated, anyway). It also means that around the third or fourth week of August, I will be asking for feedback on the rough draft from those of you who are willing to read over it. And of course, you all are invited to the church again for another chance of seeing me make a fool of myself.

I have also reached phase two in studying for qualifying exams. It is now time to reread some textbooks, and redo some exam problems from last year's classes. August 12. If I can just make it to then.
